ABOUT

Hi, I'm Gina

I grew up in the country outside of a small town in NW Iowa, graduating from Southern Cal High School in 2003. When I started my college career, I knew that I wanted to help people but wasn’t sure in what aspect. I got my Bachelors degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Buena Vista University, graduating with honors in May 2010. I went on to get my Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University in August 2013. I begun providing therapy in an agency in SW Iowa in 2013.

I came to an agency in the Fort Dodge area in July 2015 and have since been providing individual and family therapy in the office and school settings. Many years ago I knew that I wanted to open my own private practice, providing mental health therapy to the community and families in need. Mid-year 2020, those goals quickly became reality when I decided that there was no better time than the present to pursue my dreams. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being at the lake, and traveling.
